1. Returns
- We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please send an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Once we verify the defect or damage, we will arrange for a return and provide instructions for the process.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued if the product is deemed defective or damaged.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the payment method associated with your original purchase. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method, the refund will be provided in cash via the same delivery service used to ship the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive the returned product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that are not defective, such as used or opened crafting materials.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
- If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if applicable) and place a new order.
